Privacy Notice

This website is operated by VOYANZY LIMITED, a company based in the United Kingdom, trading as Voyanzy. When we say “we”, “us” or “our” in this notice, we mean VOYANZY LIMITED.

We are the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us at support@voyanzy.com.

When you complete our Register Interest form, we collect:

• Your email address (required so we can contact you about the trip).
• Your travel preferences — destination, travel period, party size, trip type, interests, departure area, duration, budget range and food preference.
• Any additional comments you choose to share.
• Your WhatsApp number, only if you provide one.
• Your marketing choices (email opt-in, WhatsApp opt-in).
• Context about how you reached the form — for example the card or page you opened it from, and standard campaign parameters (UTM tags) if present in the link.

We also record a short-lived, one-way hashed value derived from your IP address and email so we can rate-limit the form and prevent abuse. We do not store your raw IP address alongside your enquiry.

We use this information to:

• Understand what kinds of trips people want us to run, and shape upcoming Voyanzy journeys.
• Reply to your enquiry and let you know when a matching trip opens for booking, if you have asked us to.
• Protect the form from spam and automated abuse.
• Keep internal records of communications and consent.

Our lawful bases (UK GDPR) are your consent (for marketing messages), and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, planning trips and keeping our systems secure.

Submitting the Register Interest form is not a confirmed booking, reservation or contract. No payment is taken and no seat is held. It simply tells us you would like to hear more if a suitable trip runs. Bookings and payments happen separately, once a trip is opened.

We keep interest submissions for up to 24 months from the date you submit them, so we can match you to future trips and understand demand over a full travel year. After that, we delete or anonymise the record.

If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do so — see Your rights. Rate-limit and abuse-prevention records are kept only for a short operational window (measured in hours) and are automatically discarded.

Marketing emails and WhatsApp messages are only sent if you have opted in on the form. The two choices are independent — you can opt in to email, WhatsApp, both or neither.

If you did not tick a marketing box, we will only contact you about the specific enquiry you sent us.

You can withdraw your consent at any time:

• Email marketing: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
• WhatsApp updates: reply STOP to any Voyanzy WhatsApp message, or email us.
• All marketing at once: email support@voyanzy.com and we will remove you from every list.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of anything we did before you withdrew it.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal record-keeping requirements).
• Object to, or restrict, certain uses of your information.
• Ask us to port your information to another service where technically possible.

To make a request, email support@voyanzy.com from the address you used with us. We aim to respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

To keep the Register Interest form free from bots and automated abuse, we use Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit the form, Turnstile checks that the submission is coming from a real browser. This may involve Cloudflare processing limited technical signals from your device. Cloudflare acts as our processor for this check.

Turnstile is designed to avoid tracking cookies for advertising purposes. It runs only when the form is used.

We keep the site light. Essential cookies and storage are used only where needed to make the site work (for example, remembering your cookie choice, or keeping you signed in to your account area).

We may add privacy-respecting analytics in future to understand which pages are useful. If we do, analytics will only load after you have given consent through the cookie banner, and you will be able to change your choice at any time.
